Derek holds a degree in Corporate Finance & Investments along with a Minor in Economics from East Tennessee State University. After graduating in 2017, he worked in Corporate Finance at Citizens National Bank. Derek joined Morris, Smith & Hayden in 2019. A native of Morristown, TN, Derek now lives in Brentwood with his wife Alexis and dog Theo. He enjoys playing golf and fishing.
